The girl’s body was found by her grandmother after her desperate attempts to find food led her to eat detergent. Her grandmother Irina believed her granddaughter to be okay after Maria had kept in touch with her through social media during the week she was left alone, according to The Sun.

It was only when she went round to celebrate her granddaughter’s third birthday that she found her body in a litter-strewn, cold apartment. The distraught grandmother, who had no idea her granddaughter had been left alone, called an ambulance but it was too late for little Kristina.

Heartbroken Irina said she could have cared for the child if only she knew. “She lied to me that everything was fine. She lied to everyone,” Irina told the court, according to The Sun. She said: “I never thought that Maria could do such a thing. If only I had had spotted something was wrong, I would have taken the girl to me.” Mom Maria has been detained for two months and is under investigation for the “murder of a child using extreme cruelty”, according to the Russian Investigative Committee, as reported by The Metro.

They eventually found the little boy, but he wasn’t breathing. Resuscitation efforts began immediately, then he was life-flighted from the scene. He died two more times that day. Each time, he was brought back to life, but he wasn’t out of the woods. “They told me that if he lived, which did not look good, but that if he lived, that he would be like an 8-year-old baby,” Julie recalled. “He would not know how to walk or talk or to eat because of all the brain damage. I was so desperate that that was okay. I would take that just to have him. He was all that I had.” As her son fought for his life, Julie had to lay her husband to rest. At his funeral, she admits that she felt abandoned by God. “I was very disappointed, heartbroken. And when I’m sitting at the funeral I’m fussing at God. I don’t understand why this happened,” she said.  “I don’t understand why He didn’t send angels to protect us. But in the very next breath, I’m praying as hard to Him as I’ve ever prayed in my life for Landon to live.” 

Although Landen suffered massive head trauma during the accident and was left in a coma, hooked up to all kinds of machines to keep him alive, after two weeks, the boy opened his eyes — an answer to Julie’s prayers. To everyone’s shock, he didn’t have any brain damage. In the midst of celebrations that her boy was finally awake, however, Julie realized she had to tell him that he had lost his dad. “He had scars on his face. And his head was just full of hurt. And I didn’t want to hurt him anymore,” Julie remembered. “So I asked Landon, I said, ‘Landon, do you know where your dad is at?’ And, he told me, ‘Yes, I know where he’s at. I saw him in heaven.’” That’s not all Landen saw in heaven, either. He saw family friends who had passed before and siblings he never knew he had. “He looked over to me and he says, ‘Oh mom, by the way, I forgot to tell you. I saw your other two kids.’

And I just looked at him because I wasn’t sure what he was talking about. But I had two miscarriages before Landon was born. And he saw them in heaven,” Julie told FOX News. “We had never shared that with Landon. He did not know that we had lost two children before him.” “I knew that they were my siblings even though no one had ever told me about them,” Landen explained. “Just being in Heaven, I guess you know—you know your own or you know who everyone is.” Each time Landen died, he said he had a different experience in heaven. During his third visit, he says he met Jesus and was given a message and a mission. “Jesus came to me and told me that I have to go back to earth and be a good Christian and tell others about Him,” Landen shared. “I just want people to realize that Jesus is real, there is a heaven, there are angels. And to follow His word and the Bible, and life does get better at the end.” Following the command Jesus gave him that day, Landen and Julie now use their experience to help others who are struggling with loss and are in need of hope. “I know I’m doing it for Jesus,” Landen added. “I know that He’s real. I know that angels are there. I know that there’s a heaven. I’ve seen Jesus. I know He’s there. He’s asked me to do this and this is what I’m doing.”

Not only had the young, innocent girl been kidnapped and murdered, she was ra-ed as well — the details of which a courtroom had to hear when Donald was captured and brought to trial for kidnapping, se-ual battery, and first-degree murder. 

“I was yelling, ‘Call 911!” Raine said, speaking of the moment she realized Cherish was missing. “My daughter’s been taken,’ and no one would help me right away,” she added. Little did she know the hell that Cherish was facing during those moments, a hell the medical examiner was able to describe to the court when asked to give her testimony at the trial of then-61-year-old Donald. In great detail, she described the torture Cherish faced in her final moments. The court grew emotional as the medical examiner recalled the graphic autopsy of the ra-ed and murdered 8-year-old girl.

The medical examiner recalled finding severe injuries all over the child’s body from being strangled with a piece of clothing and ra-ed and added that the girl’s body was “totally distorted” from the trauma as the jurors cried and covered their eyes. She estimated that it took the child, who also had blunt force trauma injuries to the head, 3 to 5 minutes to die. Upon hearing her testimony, jurors were also left in tears. Donald was found guilty and was sentenced to death. Prosecutors said that the 20-year-old defendant was accused of ra-ing a teen girl while living under her bed. During the night, he would come out and take photos of her and ra-e her. Police have charged the man with se-ual assault and producing child po-nography because of the horrific things he did to the teen girl during the three weeks he lived under her bed. After meeting the teen online, Jaret tricked her into letting him hide under her bed for weeks. He would force the underage girl to have se* with him and would photograph her without clothes on in pursuit of his fetis-ist designs. Jaret allegedly held the teen down while ra-ing her. He was arrested and was also slapped with one count of producing child po-nography because he photographed his victim while she was undressed.

Police confirmed that the victim knew the accused child ra-ist was living under her bed but that the girl’s mother was clueless that her daughter was being victimized by Jaret. It is assumed that eventually, the victim’s mother realized that Jaret was in the home. However, it is not clear when the woman learned about Jaret’s presence and what happened after that. It is also uncertain if Jaret remained in place for three weeks or if he managed to come and go from the property in between incidents of se-ual assault and his production of child po-nography. Jaret pleaded guilty to three counts of gross se-ual imposition and a child po-nography charge, court records say.

Although the accident killed his father, the boy was lucky enough to survive. However, doctors recognized that he was in critical condition and might not be able to survive his injuries if he didn’t get quality health care quickly. While he was being treated by the emergency room doctors and nurses, Landen fell into a coma where he claims he had a near-death experience along with a meeting with Jesus Christ himself. During his two-week coma, doctors had to bring Landen back to life several times. However, he awoke from the coma without any brain damage and was able to return to normal activities in a short period of time.

He also awoke with a story about his time in the company of Jesus Christ that he wanted to share with as many people as would listen to him because he knew the message from the messiah was one that could not be ignored. When the teen finally awoke from his two-week coma, Julie had a serious conversation with him about how his father had died. “Do you know where dad is at?” she asked him before she got into the gruesome details of his father’s demise.

“Yes, I know where he’s at. I saw him in heaven,” the teen told his mother. “I just want people to realize that Jesus is real, there is a heaven, there are angels. And to follow his word and the Bible and life does get better at the end.” When local news outlets reported on Landen’s near-death experience with Jesus and how he wanted everyone to know that heaven was real, readers responded with comments. “I have no doubt about his experience! I have been with dying family members and had similar experiences,” one reader commented on the site’s Facebook page. “I did not make it to heaven, but I walked with four angels towards a hand reaching down in a beam of pure light. After he died, the mother said she dumped her son into the trash in an effort to avoid trouble with law enforcement officials. Although investigators did a deep search of local landfills, they never found the infant boy’s body. To this day, the little child remains unfound.

Police officials said that the baby’s father took revenge on the mother. Police found the body of 39-year-old LaDonia in the doorway of her capital apartment building in the middle of the night with an apparent stab wound that likely ended her life. Authorities later reported that the infant’s father, Carl, stabbed the woman during a domestic dispute that occurred that same night. Investigators shared a statement online that reported how their “Task Force located and arrested the 44-year-old man. He has been charged with Second Degree Murder while Armed. The detectives’ investigation also revealed that this offense was domestic in nature.

Although the murder charge against the mother was eventually dropped, she still faced the charge of evidence tampering. During the course of the investigation, the mother told police that she accidentally rolled on top of her infant son while she was doped up on the hallucinogenic drug. “He was asleep on my chest, and when I woke up, he wasn’t breathing anymore because he was just that small. He was only two months old. He was a premature baby,” she said, according to reports. After she found her son in that state, she left the apartment to get some air and returned to find he was still not breathing. “I came back in the house and got a blanket and his car seat and wrapped it up and took it outside and just [threw] it in the trash,” she said. “And that’s what happened.”

There were reports from at least two incidents related to abuse between the mother and her son. The young boy reportedly died from multiple stab wounds. Per reports, Bruce managed to tell authorities who did it before he passed away and now his mom is going to jail for killing her son. Bruce was stabbed in his own bed at his father’s home but managed to alert authorities to his killer right before he died from the multiple stab wounds. When medics arrived at the scene, they rushed to help the pair of stab victims.

They arrived at the property around 1 am and brought both Mary and her son to a nearby hospital. However, the young stab victim died from his injuries and was pronounced dead at 4:19 am that same morning. The mother pulled through and her condition was stabilized. But since her son managed to alert authorities to how she had stabbed him, she was arrested on a charge of first-degree murder after she was relocated to another hospital. 

The Sheriff’s Office said: “He found his son in his room, lying on the bed suffering from stab wounds. He went to call 911 when he discovered Mary was also stabbed, but she was unconscious in another room. Mary suffered self-inflicted stab wounds to her chest. Bruce was conscious upon arriving at the hospital, where he spoke with the investigator, advising his mom, Mary, had stabbed him.” Before the murder, Mary had been separated from her son for about forty days. She was desperate to see her boy. The boy’s father allowed Mary to visit them while their divorce went through. That’s when the attack occurred.

His voice gets gruffer as he starts to lean into the woman and demands that she stop putting his grandson in a dress. “I don’t appreciate you encouraging him to put on no dress for the second day, too. I don’t appreciate that and don’t think that this is going away. I’m going further with this. “Okay, you can go down and talk to (the director).” He hits back with, “No. I’m talking to you. I’m letting you know that the next time if you put any kid in a dress, I’m going to make you go viral.”  The woman again asks the man to go speak to her director because that is the usual protocol. 

But the grandfather doesn’t want to deal with the director. He wants to speak to the person responsible for putting his boy in a dress. So he says, “No I have an issue with you. I’m not playing with you.” She says, “I’m sorry that you feel that way.” He repeats back what she said. Then he adds, “But you should have called me before you made the decision to put my grandson in a dress.” The teacher wants to have the man speak to the director because that’s the way things are done at the daycare center. But grandpa is adamant about what he wants and what happened. “I wouldn’t be up here if you didn’t put my grandson in a dress.”
